Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance

2. Our Role

We do not host, store, or take editorial control over the news content displayed on FrameTheGlobe. All content is sourced directly from third-party publishers and displayed via links or embedded feeds. We operate under the DMCA Section 512(d) safe harbor provisions for information location tools.

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on FrameTheGlobe infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim infringes and where it appears
  • Your address, phone number, and email
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical/electronic signature
  • Identification of removed content and where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was erroneous
  • Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction
